Job Description

Are you a seasoned professional in the heavy industrial markets of Ontario, with a knack for forging strong client relationships? We're seeking a Strategic Accounts Manager to join our esteemed clients dynamic team in the Greater Toronto/Hamilton Area!

In this role, you'll be the driving force behind nurturing existing client connections while spearheading efforts to establish new ones. Your days will be filled with strategic networking, insightful research, and impactful cold calling to ensure our company remains at the forefront of local opportunities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage, and expand existing client relationships.
  • Monitor project timelines to maintain a steady flow of opportunities.
  • Foster ongoing communication with clients to address their evolving needs.
  • Collaborate closely with our operations group to troubleshoot and deliver on client requirements.
  • Uphold our core values and adhere to our Code of Business Conduct and Ethical Behavior.
  • Represent our company at industry association events.


Experience Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education in Business/Marketing or related field preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in Business Development/Sales within the Heavy Industrial market.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical and instrumentation fields considered an asset.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience confidently delivering presentations.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.


Additional Details:

  • Up to 50% travel involved.
  • Must be local to the GTA/Hamilton area.
